Wow, that was unexpected!
O M G. I have never taken a supplement that has immediate effect like this one, and i have taken plenty of supplements throughout the years. 2 pills may be too much for some, one is enough to knock me out with plenty of dreams. Much better than tylenol PM, melatonin and other sleep aids i tried before...and plenty of dreams which was not the case with synthetic sleep aids.

This is the real deal! The valerian root is potent and worked for me as promised. As soon as the bottle opened you could smell the fresh herb, strongly, unlike so many other companys’ product I have tried. I recommend.
