I can feel a difference when not taking these!
I’ve been taking these for about a year. I ran out of them for about a month and just got busy and forgot to re-order them, and I could tell a big difference. Without them, I felt tired, and just out of energy. As soon as I started taking them again, I have so much more energy, it’s kind of amazing! These are definitely a larger green tablet but as long as I take them with a lot of water and some food, I’m good. No issues with feeling nauseous or anything with these. They have a bit of a natural smell to them which I don’t mind. I would recommend those to anyone looking for a fantastic multivitamin. I do add a D3 + K2 vitamin because this lacks that.

Great vitamins recommend them highly gives you lots of energy helps with hair loss and overall an amazing vitamin! Customer service has been awesome always I ordered them from my dad and for myself and taking him for the last couple years.
