The Food Slips Right Out and it Cleans So Easily! You will LOVE this Skillet!
I absolutely love this little Cuisinart ceramic skillet. The hard‑anodized construction gives it a sturdy, professional feel, and it heats up quickly and evenly every single time. The ceramic nonstick surface is incredibly smooth, releasing food effortlessly, and making cleanup a breeze. I also appreciate the comfortable, stay‑cool handle and the sloped sides, which make flipping and sautéing easy. This 8‑inch skillet has become the one I seem to reach for everyday!

IF I could give it TEN stars, I would PLEASE read pros and cons to get the best experience
WOW. At 75, I have had MANY, MANY skillets like this. This is my favorite size because most often used. FIRST, PLEASE read the instructions. Only takes a couple minutes and I think will keep most from having any issues. Yes, there can always be an off item, but I am THRILLED with mine and expect it to last a long time. PROS: LOVE THE COATING - It works great (and I put it to the test with something that REALLY generally STICKS to any pan) looks great. I don't use any butter or oil in a pan and I don't need it. TOTALLY NON STICK SIZE is perfect for me, your mileage may vary. I'm cooking for one. CLEANING - IT EASILY cleans without any rough scrubbers. A soft sponge or cloth works perfectly. NOT CONS but things to keep in mind - THE PAN heats up FAST. AGAIN, PLEASE read the directions. Because of how it's made I don't put on HIGH heat nor do I need on high heat. I ALSO would hang it (I just wash and put back on stove as I use it alot). If you put with a bunch of pots and pans, it could easily get scratched. The coating seems very durable, but if metal meets metal (which is why I use a silicone spatula with it, never metal) reason says eventually it will scratch. BOTTOMLINE: BEST PAN I HAVE OWNED at ANY PRICE. Would DEFINITELY buy again.

My new go to egg pan
I’m loving this near-perfect nonstick sauté pan from Cuisinart. It pretty much lives on my stove, so when I get up in the morning it’s ready and waiting to make my eggs and my one pancake. Yeah, one pancake. This is the perfect size for that, and honestly for almost anything that benefits from this size and needs a smooth, glass-like surface so nothing sticks. The nonstick on this is way better than the older pans I’ve had that eventually peel. It’s basically become my dedicated egg pan. The size is great when you’re cooking for one, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The shape helps too. The curved sides and lip, plus the balanced handle, make it really easy to flip my eggs and pancakes. I’m not sure what the surface on the bottom is called, but it’s that dark, expensive-looking kind (I think it’s hard-anodized aluminum). And while it’s built really well and cooks great, it’s not heavy, which makes it even nicer to use.

Easy to use and clean, heats up fast.
Easy to use and clean. Heats up fast, no-preheating necessary as per the instructions online, lower heat is sufficient (I have a gas range top). This 8" nonstick pan is perfect for eggs or quick lazy cooking, or when not using oil or butter. Handle stays cool. (Same philosophy as the old nonstick anodized aluminum Calphalon which I have disposed of as their "lifetime" nonstick only lasted a few years.) This Cuisinart is a good pan.

This is really good 8 in non stick egg pan with one caution
I needed a good, relatively inexpensive 8" non stick egg pan and this fits the bill. It has a good heft to it and feels well made. The non stick surface is really quite good at the non stickiness lol, but one caution. In a hurry I grabbed a metal fork to lift my food to check for doneness and with fairly light accidental contact, I did mar the surface in the form of a half inch scratch. So please don't be hasty, make sure to ONLY use appropriate materials with this pan. Obviously I'll need to replace the pan now, but it was my fault. I will be buying this pan again, now. The only other minor drawback I have found is with hold the handle steady while trying to clean the pan. So it while cooking the handle is fine. But sometimes I like to hold the pan while I lightly clean it out. Sometimes it can be a touch difficult to hold the pan rigidly because the handle wants twist a bit in your hand. One final note, I have used this pan heavily for a few months and have yet to notice any warping. Also, other than me scratching the pan the other day, the non stick surface is holding up really well.

Cuisinart comes through again...
Needing to replace my small skillet and Cuisinart usually has quality products. This is a winner. Well made, good heft, just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Excellent non-stick pan
This is an excellent pan. In the beginning the non-stick was iffy but after being used several times it became incredibly non-stick. Cleans up very easily & heats evenly. Totally pleased with this pan. Best non-stick pan I have ever had

DO NOT BUY
Haven’t even had it a month and making simple scrambled eggs is already a disaster. I have left to soak overnight, gentle scrubbed, used gentle techniques I could think of to take care of the pan and nothing worked. Egg residue still remains. DO NOT BUY FOR EGG USE

Perfect size and good quality
Bought this to replace the same pan that I've had for more than 10 years. Love this brand. Came nicely packaged and is great for pancakes and French toast.
