Terrible smell… Can't get rid of it

Old stock, unopened, Stanley upto its promise
Good cutter, not flush cutting but can handle thick wires. Not recommended for pcb flush snipping . Small and handy. Stanley quality. Got an old 2018 stock in 2024, so had to sanitize handles due to fingus. Working good.
