Color Sensational Lipstick - 133 Almond Hustle

Love this lipstick have bought it before so bought 2 tubes this time colour is lovely and natural on and lasts well, hope they don't take it off

I chose the Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Nude 988 Brown Sugar option, and have mixed feelings about it. The colour is gorgeous, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s a decent amount of pigment to it, and although it is matte, it’s not as matte as I expected it to be. It does have a strong smell and that takes quite a while to wear off or become unnoticeable. The biggest issue for me is that it just doesn’t last and needs to be reapplied frequently, or you end up with what looks like dark lipliner around your lips and nothing else. I’m more of an ‘apply it and forget girl’ so although I will occasionally wear this it's not the every day staple that I was hoping for.

I’ve gotten compliments every time I wear it—people always want to know what shade it is! If you’re into alternative beauty, love experimenting with cool tones, or just want something that breaks out of the usual pink/red/nude rut, this greige lipstick is pure perfection. Arrived next day. I love the colour, it stays on for a long time. I've bought a few different colours from maybelline and I'd recommend 👌 x

Nice application but not the bright, vibrant colour that you see on screen. Also found it was a little pricey than others
