I purchased this bee pollen powder to sprinkle on my bearded dragon’s salads to entice him to eat more greens, and it definitely does the trick. It is a very fine powder, and you get a lot of it. Delivery was quick.

Some health conscious people have been taking bee pollen to reduce dependency on so many vitamins and pills for nutrients and anti-oxidants. It may also reduce inflammation and possibly lower cholesterol. The actual vitamins included vary according to the type of pollen the bee has collected, but it is generally healthy regardless. **(with a couple of important exceptions I will come back to later).To our palate, this pollen is great tasting and is perfect on anything like cereal, hot cereals, yogurts and fruits that could be sweetened with honey or sugar. This 8 ounces packed into the ziplock bag goes a long way and $14 is fair for the product and shipping. I read how some people do not like the taste, but for something so natural with no added sugar or sweeteners it seems pretty great to us.With that said, PLEASE be careful with any bee pollen, as those with allergies to pollen (depending on the type of pollen) could have an allergic reaction. Additionally, people on blood thinners like warfarin and pregnant women are told to be wary of using bee pollen (I am not sure why, so please research it, before ingesting something new).Overall, I am quite happy with the product.

This bee pollen tastes exactly the same as the granular bee pollen I reviewed some time ago. It's a powder instead of granules which should make it easier to use in certain dishes. I like to put it on my cereal, yogurt and foods like that since it has a nice, lightly sweet flavor. I can't help but worry that when the pollen is being harvested, that enough is left for the bees to still thrive on. Afterall, it's their food, not useless byproduct of being a bee. I think this is very good bee pollen powder and is very nicely packaged.

We add this to our smoothies and feel great. It might be a placebo effect but research has shown that it can help do for this price we are happy to use it.

This is very good bee pollen. Lovely, uniform gold color, no lumps, and seems very fresh. It's perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this brand.

There's a sticker on the outside of the container that says not to consume if you have seasonal allergies. Unfortunately, I do. It's also not returnable. I went back to the listing on Amazon and didn't see that statement anywhere in the photos or description. However, if you scroll much further down past the description to the point where you think you're away from the listing, it gives the safety warning. I wish it would have been clearer higher up in the listing!
