I was a little hesitant when ordering the Drawtite but was pleasantly surprised at how well packaged it was. It arrived in a sturdy box, and all the ends had thick foam to protect it. I was able to install it by myself with the help of using a floor jack. All the holes lined up as well, which I was initially worried about. Review: Great Item, Reasonable Price - The install was quick and easy for my 2008 V6 4WD Rav4. Alignment was good, the welds look sturdy and it should do exactly what it's designed to do. I was a little confused that it came with only 5 bolts but 6 holes, but I didn't realize that only 5 of the 6 lined up with the factory holes. As others have said, if you're installing it on an older vehicle like mine, get a M12 x 1.25 tap to re-thread the holes in the chassis.
