Poor quality
The quality of this product is not good at all, it leak.

Warps and rusts
I took a risk and ordered this out of all the other square steaming boxes available on Amazon because of the high quality materials listed. But unfortunately, it did not perform as promised. The trays are very thin, and the bottom tray warps a lot after the steamer gets hot, making it impossible to make thin rolls in the bottom tray. But the worst part is that the steamer started rusting along the inside seams of the steaming box after the second use. And this is even despite all the effort I took to clean and dry everything thoroughly after each use. I am severely disappointed about having to return this.

The material might be a little bit cheap, but it does its work
I got this one to make the rice rolls for my family. After using it and making more than 10 times meals, here are some pro and con about this product:Pro:1. The handle is plastic, so you don't need to wear glove when making the rice rolls. It is a huge plus as when I tried to make it at my friend's house, their handles are made in metal and got extremely hot.2. It does its work. I made the rice rolls and all my family enjoy it a lot.Cons:1. When you clean the machine and move it around, the remaining water sometimes splits and makes a mess.2. The base is very thin, and it got burned after my third use.3. The layer is not 100% flat. This is quite an issue when you make rice roll. You will need to make a thicker one so at least you don't have "holes" in your rice rolls.4. It takes much longer to heat up than my friend's. She used a similar one but different brands. It takes her about 2-3 minutes for each round. However, it took me about 5 minutes or sometimes more for each round, which wastes quite much time as I usually need to make at least 5 rounds for a mean.Overall, this gets the job done. However, it is not perfect and you will need to get used to it to overcome those obstacles, including cleaning hassle, not-flat-layer, and long waiting time.

Good Concept, But Does Not Work
Machine wobbling under heat effect, thin gage sheet metal expands in the middle causing the flour liquid to deposit at the edge and never at the center. While the tray is pulled out, being flimsy causes it to wobble as well. The whole machine is wobbling. All and All, it does not work.
