Just okay
It is not a bad book, but as others have commented, it lacks critical material. Some of the recipes are great, but the measurements and instructions are inadequate for my purposes. Also, there's nothing to suggest what the meals could be accompanied by, which I wouldn't be concerned about ordinarily. Still, given the nature and size of these meals, that is a serious omission, especially if you're a stranger to this cuisine.

An amazing cookbook -- really tasty and easy recipes
I am so glad I bought this before the Covid-19 stay at home order. I have cooked about 10 main dishes out of this so far (chicken, beef and shrimp). The recipes are simple. Many use a slow cooker (crock pot). They taste amazing! The key I think is the spices. You will need basil, oregano, thyme, lemon, salt, pepper, paprika, etc. But the instructions are really simple. Before the virus we ate out A LOT. Now my wife says I am cooking as good as a restaurant. (I think not really, but close). Here are a few recipes to try -- Greek style flank steak, Tuscan chicken with white beans, chicken breasts with spinach and feta and Spanish beef stew.

Way too much sodium
I don’t know what the author’s idea of “healthy” is, but many recipes have over 1000mg sodium, and some have twice that.
