Absolute wastage of money. Very poor quality
In 4 months time the stored hot water became cold within 4 hours. Not expected such poor quality from a known brand like Borosil

Flow of liquid
The lid has to opened completely to pour out liquid . Liquid doesn't flow out with pressing down the small handle . I didn't find it good .

Beverages do not remain HOT - Stopped Working in 3 months
The lid of the teapot is of poor quality and it became loose. Gradually within 3 months it stopped working. Plus my warranty claim wasn't settled. They stopped responding to my mails/calls after initial greetings. I am now using a MILTON teapot since a year and very happy with the quality of MILTON when compared with BOROSIL

Not satisfied
Previously was using milton teapot. It used to keep water hot for 48 hrs. This doesn’t maintain temperature for even 24 hrs. Not satisfied with the product. This was more expensive than milton one.
