I have taken both fish oil and krill oil for a long time. It really makes a difference in my cholesterol count as well other areas of my health. I decided to try these Nature Made Softgels because my cardiologist mentioned the brand along with a few others. The serving size is two softgels and they are big but I have no problem swallowing them. They are soft and go down easy. I usually look for fish oil with lemon oil to mask the fishy taste but these truly are burpless. I have not tasted fish at all when taking them or after. They don't bother my stomach and they are a good value. My cholesterol is in the right range - and I have a family history of very high cholesterol. Although there may be more powerful fish oils out there, for now, I am pleased with these. If my cholesterol creeps up while I am on these, I will switch to something higher in EPA and DHA but only so much can be absorbed. I also eat fatty fish and other things to be sure I get enough of the Omegas. I am going with 5 stars for now and recommending these because they have no fishy taste. If you can't swallow larger softgels, though, you won't like these.
