High quality and works seamless
So far so good with this faucet. The sensor is super intuitive and the few controls are very easy to use. The look and feel of the sink are amazing, and the ability to add pressure with the button is a real nice touch.

Sturdy, stylish, and powerful
I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. Good produce, good service.

Sharp looking and works perfect
Easy install, the only snag was that one of the water lines was just barely too short. Ran to box store and bought an extension…. Easy solution.I would recommend. I have always had good experiences with Kohler

This would only happen in our family
First, I love the faucet. This is our third Kohler touchless faucet, and it's the only brand I will buy after using friend's and family's faucets. It looks great, and we love the touchless feature. It's a game changer in the kitchen. So imagine my disappointment when it was finally installed (entirely correctly) and then failed to work. After a lot of troubleshooting on our side, we realized that where the sensor should be on the underside of the curve in the neck of the faucet there is just a hole!! You can even see the braided hose inside (see photo). We have no idea what happened. Our friend checked her faucet's sensor and said she cannot imagine how it could fall out. She felt you'd have to pry it out with a screwdriver if you wanted it gone. Did this one get manufactured without it? We are completely baffled. I'm not sure what to do now since we've installed it and tossed the box. It's still a nice faucet, but I bought it for the touchless feature. I'm going to contact Kohler but I'm not sure if they will help since I purchased it on Amazon. So if you get one that doesn't work and you've done everything else right, check the sensor!

Just beautiful!
Once we got the old rusted faucet removed, this was easy to install. So far everything is working great! It arrived in pristine condition and in the specified time range for delivery. Love it!

Kohler 'Konnect' is entirely non-functional.
We purchased the Smart model of this faucet thinking that it would be nice to monitor water usage / control on/off via Google Home. As far as we can tell, the unit we received does not work with the Kohler Konnect / Apple Homekit at all, it's impossible to install. We've power-cycled and tried the install over twenty times at this point and it just throws up an 'Unable to add accessory' error each time. My husband and I both work in tech and thought we would have no trouble getting this thing set up, and we were wrong - it's simply bad design. We are using a 2.4GHz password-protected wifi as is recommended by Kohler; we've tried restarting the router, reinstalling both the Kohler and HomeKit apps, to no avail. The unit flashes green and red and then stops trying to 'konnect'. I'm so irritated that I paid extra for a smart functionality that is entirely non-functional.The faucet itself is of nice quality, the sensor works well, and while the water pressure isn't super strong it's enough for the average home user. Despite the weight being correctly installed as per the instructions, the hose does not auto-retract into the faucet, you have to push it back manually. These kinds of issues should not be present in a faucet that costs almost $900.Install was kind of a nightmare owing to the fact that the outlet hose is too short to attach to the control unit if your counters are deeper than standard depth. Our sink is in a corner cabinet, which now necessitates building something within the cabinet to mount the control unit to because Kohler does not offer a longer / extension outlet hose. We also had to buy longer supply hoses to connect to the existing ones because they too were extremely short. All of this makes me certain I will never purchase another Kohler product in the future. I would have returned, but the Amazon third-party seller requires a 50% restocking fee for opened merchandise, which in this case would be over $400. So disappointing.

Gorgeous faucet
Love the spray feature in the pull down. The boost button doesn't seem to do much but it might be more about the water pressure in my building. The water stream is already plenty strong so this is a non issue anyway. Goes great with my mid century design!

Smooth Operator
I Love the Kohler Crue K-22972-2MB, pull down kitchen sink faucet in the brushed modern brass!I did quite a bit of research before committing to this purchase. I’m happy I finally went with this model and make.Super easy and straight forward installation, which I did myself, the only struggle I had was uninstalling the old faucet, which was so old it got stuck, but I finally got through it.The Kohler Crue - Pull Down is a real smooth operator. Makes for an enjoyable experience while using it.I appreciate the ball/swivel attachment between the sprayer head and the pull down cable, for smooth movement and flexibility when rinsing around the sink. I also appreciate the magnetic docking of the sprayer head, which helps the sprayer head snap back into position satisfyingly smoothly.I very much use and enjoy the boost button to speed up filling or add more water stream pressure to clean. In general I was concerned the water would splash around a lot, upon impact on dishes or with the bottom of the sink, because of what seemed like a high faucet head placement, that combined with potentially strong water pressure…Fortunately it has not been an issue for me, there’s some but not excessive and is controllable with the faucet handle, it definitely does not produce any more than the previous faucet I had did, if not less.I paired the Kohler Crue Faucet with the Kohler Duostrainer K-8801-2MB (drain strainer and basket), two times for both sides of the sink. I would recommend this as it really completes the look and pairs two quality products with great functionality together. After a few weeks of use, my experience of the Kohler Crue…It feels and functions like a quality product and the style looks great!

the button stuck after 5 months only the pressure water works
I bought it end of Jan 2022, today after almost 5 months use the pressure button stuck inside. Now we have only high pressure water and water splash everywhere. It was great for my big sink, but I expect the quality of product be much better than working 5 months.so, it does not worth value at all.
