A perfect night time tea that is perfect for unwinding and calming. The taste is lovely. Great quality tea. I really enjoy it.

Love the product, have bought it before and will buy it again. Disappointed that it came in an envelope this time instead of a small box as they had all been smashed in shipping. Didn’t take all of them out but the pouches I checked didn’t seem to be damaged. 5 stars on the tea, lost a star for packaging.

I tried this tea for about a year and a couple of months. Do not expect to drink and fall to the floor asleep. However, it did help relax me ALOT, even just the smell after taking it for a while relaxed me. And I get a better nights rest when I take it, feeling more energized in the morning than normal. When I first bought it, I was experiencing trouble sleeping and it helped and now that I'm experiencing trouble with noisy neighbors, its still helping me relax enough to fall asleep.
