Great! However not for everyone.
I was having shoulder and arm problems and was unable to use regular crutches. I needed something to help me get around and my cane was no good because there was no support at all. So I searched Amazon and saw these. Even though they are sold separately, I decided to give them a try. That was the best decision for me! Because of the design I could see how other people could have problems with this item. That is only because it doesn’t loop around your forearms. That was actually one of the selling points for me. The product is lightweight, very strong, and durable. It is easy to fold away and put into the little storage container provided now that I’m not using them. I got a good five months of using these under my belt. Even when I got to the point that I could use my regular cane I still use just one of these because of the extra support that it offers.

Twice the price
I chose these for their folding feature. They are twice the price of regular crutches and you only get one. They work fine, easy to adjust, good quality, comfortable to use. They come with bags. When folded they are still bulky. As far as weight goes they seem as heavy as their aluminum counter parts. My main reason to choose these was because I thought I would use the folding feature. I keep them together and ready to use most to the time. I did take them on vacation folded, but did not use them much. They are easier to use and more stable than using a cane. I use a walker and canes most of the time. These help walking upright. I use them inside and outside.

Wow! Really adds stability without adding weight.
Struggling with movement issues, I've tried a wooden cane, then a walker, and now graduated to this great product! The forearm brace adds so much stability, and the carbon fiber construction majes it both strong and super light. Best purchase from Amazon yet, and that is saying a lot!

Save your arm pits, gave me freedom.
I’m a very active individual and these allowed me so much mor freedom to move. Very durable and strong. No more tic tic tick sound from standard crutches very quiet and tons more comfortable. I broke me knee and had to isolate my leg from pressure for 2 months. These are amazing at home and work. The ground rubber grips are flexible yet very non slip durable. I went everywhere inside an out. Lots of freedom. The collapse feature is a bonus for the car, plane, stadiums and office. Great for metal detectors too.

100% worth the price
I have absolutely no regrets in buying these (I bought and use 2). I didn’t want to spend the money before, but now I wish I had because these are such a game changer. I tried a similar style for half the price but returned those to buy these. Pros: fold, light, stable, simple, comfy grip, comes with bag, silent Cons: only comes with 1, no strap The first thing I love is that they fold. That was what I was initially looking for. I was sick of scuffing up my car interior when lifting my crutches across the steering wheel and dashboard to put in the passenger seat. The next thing I love is the balance between lightweight and feel of stability. The other ones I tried were more lightweight, but I felt unstable. These are a little heavier but are very stable. The simplicity of the crutch is great too. It has all of the essentials to a crutch plus a comfy grip. It comes with a bag (which I haven’t tried yet) Lastly, they’re quiet! Being on crutches already draws unwanted attention, but it sucks when everyone hears me whenever I’m trying to move around. One con for me are that it only comes with one. I totally get why it’s sold that way, and it actually should be a pro. However, for me, it was inconvenient. The other thing I wish it had was a strap so I could turn lights and pick things up conveniently. The pros ridiculously outweigh the cons. This product is ideal, ESPECIALLY if you use crutches a lot (which I do).

If you need crutches, get these ones!
If you’re looking for crutches, then you should get these ones. They are a bit pricier, but so worth it! After having to go on crutches again after using traditional crutches, I knew I couldn’t go back. So I started looking at forearm crutches for a trip to Europe where wheelchairs are impossible to use. They are perfect for traveling because they are light weight, fold up and are easy to put in an over head bin, or carry on your lap when using a wheelchair, or don’t have a place to rest them (like in my second pic). Best part is they don’t make that dreaded aluminum sound that announce when you’re arriving on crutches. I even showed them to my doctor who was impressed by them and now recommends them to all his patients that need them! I couldn’t have made it through my trip without these. I do recommend getting the pads with the straps on them to hold your arm in from vive. I just slip my arms in and off I go!

I have now been using these crutches for the last month or so and are therefore able to comment with personal experience. I am by training and qualification a person who researches carefully before purchase. I am pleased with this product, it is well designed and it fulfill all my expectations. It is a true arm/elbow crutch not a walking stick. I am having to use both crutches simultaneously until my operation and recovery is successfully completed. l have no negative comments to make. The transition from being completely folded at minimum size to being ready to use takes seconds, once you have originally identified the setting. Each crutch is light weight and sturdy when it locks effortlessly together. This gives essential user confidence when in use. The adjustability range of the crutch is considerable, considering that I am 6'4" (194 cm) and 96 Kg. The crutches come with a very convenient material bag to store them in during a flight etc.

My hand started to hurt using my old cheaper crutch so I got this because the grip was supposed to be softer and because I wanted a foldable crutch for traveling. The folding is quite hard to do, I guess it will become easier once it has loosened up a bit. But I like the crutch, it feels steady and the all black looks smart (for a crutch). Hope I won’t have to use it for too long.
