Lifesaver
Great PMS helper, but do not take after 6pm. It made me jittery after a day of coffee and cramps and I couldn't sleep. It does help with bloat, pain and brain fog. It's pretty strong so take as advised.

Finally a pain reliever that works and lets me sleep
I finally have a way to relieve bad cramps at night. Advil and other pain relievers don’t work on my cramps or period headaches but midol does. I used to have to suffer at night because I only knew of the midol that has caffeine in it. Now I can use this at night and it helps me sleep! Highly recommend!

Essential for PCOS/PMOS Girlies
As someone with PCOS/PMOS, my periods are horrible. Midol Complete is what helps me stay upright on the really rough days, but I can’t take it past 2pm or I’ll be up all night due to the caffeine. This is the perfect solution. It helps me feel pain-free while still covering up the discomfort. Highly recommend.

Works on cramps
I was really doubtful that this product was going to work. But I was surprised. I have extremely bad periods with a lot of cramping. This product is great for that and for the headaches that come along with it. It doesn't really help with bloating

I actually have a fear of taking pills.... I was afraid that these weren't going to do much... For me personally , they did okay and they don't have caffeine so that also helps because i'm sensitive to caffeine.... Overall I thought they were pretty good.

I bought these for my daughter before she went to school so that she can have them in her backpack for when she starts her period they work for her. She says she likes them and they’re good quality and they help her bloating and her cramping and everything else that comes along with having a period.

I’m honestly not sure why this version of midol comes in a foil pack instead of a bottle but I’m really thankful they have a non - caffeinated version!!
