Reminds me of a Las Vegas hotel?
Smells good, but after a day it started reminding me of being in a Las Vegas hotel with a casino. Weird, I know.

It’s really long lasting.
The fragrance its a little strong for my taste but for the purpose of having a nice smell in my home to does wonders. It’s been a while since I purchased it and to be honest seeing that even though I turn it on every day for 3-4 hrs the consumption of the fragrance is amazing. At this point It still has 85% of it left and that itself makes it great. I will try another fragrance next but seeing this doesn’t seem to empty anytime soon I thing I’ll buy it in a couple of days.

Love this smell
I love the smell of this cartridge. The fact that it’s not over powering is a hit in my house. Lasts a long time which is good. Only problem is they are way too expensive for a months time using it at between a quarter and half.

Canister is misleading
I have the Westin white tea room diffuser set by Aera and I ordered this White Tea to put in the room diffuser downstairs so I can keep the Westin ones to myself (obsessed!). The canister pictured is identical to the Westin one, but when it arrived, this isn’t how it looked and it fit a little differently in the aera than the Westin one does. So cosmetically disappointed but the smell is fine. I don’t go downstairs much, just use it to hid the smell of my bf smoking weed in the utility room.

Expensive, runs out quickly and Aera customer service is horrific
I've been looking for the best electric, wi-fi enabled scent diffuser for a while, and have tried just about all the major brands. Aera is by far the worst. First, the scent cartridges - which are not cheap at all - go SUPER fast. One time I put a new cartridge in, and didn't realize it automatically defaulted to always on at 100% strength. When I realized it - the next morning, less than 18 hours later - it was already down to 90%. But even running on a schedule that's barely strong enough to smell the scent, the cartridge will absolutely be gone in less than 30 days.Second, and more importantly, Aera customer service is absolutely insane. On August 1 I ordered 2 diffusers, some scents and a ton of samples (none of which were cheap), directly from Aera. Everything showed up, except one of the diffusers was missing. I sent an email to Aera customer service and told them; they wrote back and said no problem, there was a mistake, we'll send out a replacement. Over the next 2 months, I sent 4 followup emails saying, "Hey, just checking in, can you send the replacement?" and all of them were ignored. So then I called the customer service number; it made me go to voicemail, so I left a message saying I paid for a diffuser 2 months ago that wasn't sent, all my emails have been ignored, can someone please help me? No call back. So then I called a second time, and was sort of flippantly told, "Oh, ok, sorry, we'll just refund your money for the second diffuser." So the moral of the story is, they'll take your money, and if you don't raise all kinds of sand they won't give it back.
