According to product size guide, I ordered small size. Standing straight 6 inches from patella, mine is measuring 15". Small size should accommdate as it fits to 14.8 to 17.2 inches but it doesn't fit my 15" circumference. So this product has quality issue.Immediately after the order delivered, I requested a replacement of large size as I can't trust their size guide anymore. I am 43 kgs, 5.3 tall. My thighs are not big but they have a quality issue with their product size.I spent hours on Amazon customer service with no result. I am unable to send after uploading a photo to Amazon. CSA Sathish said, may be they have system error and he will call me back within 15 to 30 minutes but nearly after 22 hours there was no call. I called and it is the UK number and I spoke to CSA Anjali. Similar problem with sending communication with their system. I got disconnected in between as it is the UK number, it has eaten all my topped up money. For Rs.249 knee support, I spent more money on calling them still with no result.Amazon customer service says, "If your call gets disconnected, we may use this number to call you back immediately" but CSA Anjali or no one called me.If you get wrong size, you can't either wear or if you managed to squeeze your knee, it will aggravate your pain more. So, it's an useless product.Material is good. Looking good but NO USE for the intended purpose of this knee support.I don't want to any star but unfortunately the system is forcing you to give a star at least, otherwise you can't move.Amazon, see my records. I have bought a lot of items. See my reviews and return or refund history.Amazon, please resolve issues like this. Please do not allow sellers like this to sell products on your site. Otherwise, you are going to lose my custom.

What a Rubbish product, too large cannot even have an option of replacement, do not buy your money will go waste, quality is also not upto the mark. Shame on seller.

Not that confortable

I have had issues with my knees for years. I own many types of knee braces. I purchased this one hoping for better support and fit. I got both. I used the sizing chart to measure my knee and ordered the one they recommended. It fits me very well and STAYS where I put it all day long. I work construction, so that is a huge plus. Most braces I have used have to be readjusted constantly. This one doesn't move all day and is so comfortable that sometimes I forget it is there. It fits me so well that sometimes it is hard to take off. . . but that is a small price to pay for a perfect fit.

As per the measurements i went for size L it was 21 inches as per the sizing given in the chart. but what you need to consider is that the actual product is quite thick so going for size XL would have been perfect for me, so my advise would be to go for 1-2 inches bigger for it to be comfortable as this is a NON- EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE PRODUCT!It's a good knee support with no extra design and what not costing double the price,
