I love the product itself, have ordered it many times without any problems. This time around the outer box was badly damaged which makes it unhygienic when the the product only packaged in a mesh pouch....I was very disappointed. I would've rated it 5 stars otherwise...

Found myself getting a little dry, have tried other brands but something in the others caused irritation and thrush. Have been using these and they do what they’re supposed to no irritation, will be back for more. In fact have invested in more yes products including fragrance free wash all great

I already had one identical feeder and this was ideal for purpose. Unfortunately, it came without the wooden bar to keep out the rain. However, I used a replacement from a smaller feeder I have and it works really well.
