The package was good and got as delivered on time. At first I got product but print is not clear and when raised query the got e replacement. Now I have been using the SHREYANS Mini Mobile Receipt Printer for my billing work, and overall, I am quite happy with the purchase. Overall the printer is best at this price range, it's also easy to connect with custom developed cloud billing software. The only challenge is to get driver installed. The print quality is quite better at this price.

Extremely disappointed and angry with this purchase! I received the mobile printer in damaged condition. The charger is damaged, and the printer’s ON/OFF button is also damaged, making the product difficult to use. How can a supposedly new product be delivered in such poor condition? I paid for a new, fully functional printer, not a damaged piece that creates more frustration and inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable and shows poor quality control before dispatch. I have wasted my time dealing with this issue and now expect an immediate replacement or full refund. Very poor experience and extremely disappointing product quality.
