I'm writing this review after 2 years of its use and surprising it still operable and working. Durability and quality-wise it's still the same as it was when I had received it and upon 2 years of its regular use it is still in working condition and it never broke down. So if you're on a budget and need something to supplement your home workout then you can definitely go for it. Highly recommended.

The control panel is flimsy. Button sometimes gets stuck when pressed and have to adjust/ yank it out to get it back in position. Took some time to get the bolts in seat fix correctly. I felt there is a slight tilt to the left side. However this is a good item if you do not expect high end functionality and just want to exercise without took much of electronics to worry about. First time it arrived in a bad package and had a broken accessory but Amazon was great in getting it replaced and second time it came double packed. considering price of 5-5.5K this is a good value if you/Parents do not wish to go out and exercise.

This is broken worst quality..

I was looking for a home exercise equipment and happen to come across this by chance on Amazon. Got it at a reasonable price. I am using it regularly from last 4-5 months and no issues with the product. I use it while watching TV / online videos. The product is lightweight so you can move easily across rooms. I place it front of TV , my work office as per the need. Cycling is always better than trade mill for for the knees and I am very happy with this product. There servicing is very fast and nice as I booked one call regarding resistance feature and next day the field guy was at my home and rechecked my self installation. There Customer Service team is really good and polite . Reasonable price equipment with value for money. Will say go for it without any second thought.

Nice product for exercise in home. I giving 3 stars for the product service. Very pathetic service by lifelong. Only problem with my product is meter is not working. I got call from Lifelong at least 2-3 times for product review. I shared with them all the time that your product is best till I tried with other products. Bu your meter is not working. Then they asked me for my address and promised me will send technician to solve problem. Although they kept calling 2 time with same promise but till today they sent any technician to my place. So, the service is very pathetic.Product is nice. Any one can assemble this product which came into nice and small package.Good and nice product but don't expect nice service after purchasing it.
