Make sure the band is set on the uper part of the phone where the notches are. It works better this way. Also put the anti slip sticker on it or else it topples over. If it dies on me i got everything i need to trouble shoot it but so far its going fine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this walker!

I bought this to try and I have head for about 2 and a half weeks now. So far it works great! So much so, I bought my best friend one. It works as it's supposed to. I don't leave it going for long period of time, usually an hour tops (when I'm busy doing something else and don't need my phone). I haven't had a problem with it, but my friend did say he used a it a couple times and it worked great, he did it a third time and his phone wasn't counting it as steps, but he said the walker was swinging like it should, so the walker was doing it's job. Its just his phone wasn't acknowledging it as steps. I had suggested to make sure its got a good swing on it, and we tested it, my phone worked perfectly in his walker, so I think maybe his wasn't swinging enough for the phone to register the swing as a footstep. When we made sure it had a good swing, his phone did register it as steps taken.
