Not what I expected.
You can glob this stuff on and there's nothing there! All these different shades... nothing, it's like it's completely clear or something!

Never handed to resident, NEVER stop saying that
Nothing is ever handed to a resident, so take a picture. We are not home when you say you deliver. Product is fine but it was not handed to anybody it was tossed on the porch.

Not necessarily impressed
Very cakey, stays wet even after applied maming it easily removable onto phones, or anything that comes in contact. However, the various shades are nice and overall it does well as a concealer.
