Very good chicken liver! will buy it again, was packed very well and was still frozen when I got it.Up Date: 5-31 22moved it down to 4 stars because the Gallbladder is not always removed and had to throw those pieces out. will still buy it though, because it is very good.

The description said they were ready to cook, the livers had not been properly prepared by removing the connective tissue. Ok for pate but not for sauteing.

I'm very happy with the taste of the product. The delivery was packed in an amazing container. Thanks to the seller for inacting a perfect plan to get a frozen product to the customer which arrived just like out of the freezer. ( A+++++ service ! )

I bought this before checking their main competitor's website. I could have gotten better quality (and less - 20lbs is a lot of liver) for about $2.40/lb instead of $7.50/lb. It is Ok liver though.

For food

I haven't bought, and not going to, because saying it is 46 cents an ounce is false advertising. $148.52 for 80 ounces is $1.8565 an ounce which is $29.704# !! Are they dipped in GOLD! WOW!
