The vanilla taste is so much better than the usual fake strawberry flavor, which usually tastes awful to me. I don't take these more than a couple times a week but when I do I notice a change in appetite, energy levels and feel happier. They are very small and can be swallowed if you don't like the taste.

Us vegans need B12 so thank you Amazon to help us live a balanced, nutritionally healthy life. Very inexpensive. Very convenient to buy and to take….sublingually.

I felt like I had more energy after taking for a week. Highly recommend taking a B12. Price was better than others I checked out. No side effects, great absorption. Very easy to take.

Good vitamin

It is a good product. I recommend.

After a recent complicated surgery my vitamin B level dropped to an unhealthy level. Depending on the formulation vitamin B is often hard for the body to digest and assimilate.We have had a lot of success with Life Extension products in the past and it made sense to try their B12 formulation. Fortunately it worked well for me and my vitamin B level immediately improved. Life Extension will continue to be our “go to” company in the future.

I got a bottle to try due to the great price, but they are way too sweet. I don't want or need carbs with my supplements.I will not be ordering them again.
