Richardson Sheffield6-Piece Cucina Knife Set with Wooden Block

Very pleased. Good sturdy sharp knives

My husband and I needed a new knife set, and after looking through many of the knife sets offered on Amazon we settled on this one—despite it not having any reviews. (We are vegetarians and don't require a set with steak knives, so our options were a bit more limited.) When it arrived, I could already tell it wasn't worth the price we paid for it, even though we did receive a discount off of what the "retail price" was, according to Amazon. Here are my main issues with this set:1. The logo on the wooden block is off-center and crooked. That makes it look pretty cheap and poorly-assembled for something that is going to be displayed on our countertop.2. The smaller paring knives aren't as sharp as they should be. The first time I went to cut a tomato, one of them didn't even easily cut through the skin! Very disappointing.3. The metal the knives are made of seems to be very thin and too bendable to be a dependable knife. When I'm cutting something that requires more effort, the knives bend slightly while I'm cutting.At least now my husband and I know that we are going to need to spend at least $80+ for a GOOD knife set that will last us for years to come. If I hadn't thrown away all the packaging before trying out these knives, I would have sent them back to Amazon for a refund, for sure. Live and learn! :)

Good quality knives. Would recommend Richardson, never disappointed.

Devo dire ceppo molto ben fatto, coltelli affilati. Ottimo il prezzo. Unica pecca la scritta CUCINA sul lato dei coltelli, potevano evitarla.
