Great relief, I have a ruptured ACL and a torn Medial Meniscus. This offers great support and the flexibility to change settings in an instant to enable driving. Also very comfortable, and keeps the leg warm.A lot better than my previous Med4 brace. Got this supplied by NHS fair chuffed with it

Great value, well made, does it's job well. For post operative or basic recuperative use, NOT for sports use (not at all what it is designed for: too bulky, wrong design of hinge, not sufficiently heavy etc....)! Stays in place fine if correctly adjusted. Wore mine all day for day to day tasks (shops, office, household) for about 6 weeks with no problem, swapping to a more expensive sports orientated one for rehab and active use as mobility improved. Fits under quite loose trousers only. Fine with shorts or leggings in the gym for rehab stuff. Gives a reassuring amount of support due to substantial alloy bars and four point attachment. Comfortable, not too sweaty compared with neoprene wrap around supports, quick to put on and off.

Unfortunately brace far too long in the leg below the knee. It was purchased for ski-ing, but the length of the brace would not have allowed me to put my ski boot on.
