Not as long as I needed
While the rubber grips seem to stay in place (I've only had them a short time so can't be sure yet), the cord is very stiff. I soaked the strap in olive oil and it is now pliable but I should not have needed to go to that extent. Also, I expected the cord to be 28 1/2" long. It turns out to be only 27" which is shorter than I wanted.
