I started taking Magnesium and Hawthorne Berries and within 2 weeks, I no longer take high blood pressure medicine, I was taking 4 pills per day and still out of control. I hope this helps. **Q: Can you open capsules to add in food?** A: Yes. They are two piece gelatin capsules. **Q: What form is this magnesium? I do not want Magnesium oxidem** A: From Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate, and Magnesium Aspartate. **Q: Are these gel caps or tablets or ??** A: These are regular capsules (soft shell with the powder inside is the only way I can think to describe them...just like capsules you'd buy anywhere); they aren't gel caps & aren't hard tablets. Hope this helps! :) ## Frequently Bought Together - NOW Magnesium 400mg, 180 Veg Capsules - NOW Foods Supplements, Vitamin D-3 5,000 IU, High Potency, Structural Support*, 240 Softgels - NOW Foods Supplements, Zinc (Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg, Supports Enzyme Functions*, Immune Support*, 100 Tablets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/2979119-now-magnesium-400mg-180-veg-capsules](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/2979119-now-magnesium-400mg-180-veg-capsules) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
