I loved this product for the first 3 weeks. Within a month of having it the product stopped charging my phone. I’ve texted amazon support system about it and they did nothing but waste my time. I recommended lots of family and friends to this product. What a waste!!!!

This was the second battery case (same brand) that I purchased in the last 9 months. Both cases stopped working-would not charge and would not connect to my Ford Sync. I think the problem is that connector gets loose an will not engage the lightning cable. Will not try another case of this brand!

We use this case when traveling outside with our phone. It is light and slim but holds enough power to charge my iPhone 11. The case is one piece and the top is a bit flexible so you can put your phone into the case, I think it could have a better design because if you are not careful you can break the connector pin if you don't flex the case just right and have your phone slid in. The case itself charges quickly and it holds a charge for about a week if it is not in use. So far so good.

Very good protection with soft sides all around, good feedback with four lights, a little heavy but manageable, a little thick but fits in your pocket, charges phone first, then case battery later, REQUIRES CHARGING CABLE (cannot be charged using any of the Qi chargers in your home and car, very inconvenient), very inexpensive.
