Very good router for Consol gamer or serious gamer because of geo filter feature (DumaOs) where you can block specific regions meaning you won't get high ping servers.QoS feature is also very good as you can give priority to Consol/Gaming PC to give it maximum internet connection which will help you reduce lag spikes.But before you buy I advise you to check this product on other portal or offline retailers. I found this price bit too much in my opinion price should be between 17-18k range. I got this same router for 11900 on other website (I think you guessed it) which is steal considering this product is priced around $300 range on international market. But I only got 2 year warranty where Amazon is giving 3 year but it's all good.Also if you can wait than just wait as Netgear launched XR300 with same specifications and features at $200 with some specs like processor, antenna and ethernet ports reduced but I think XR 300 has more than enough as in my opinion XR 500 has some overpowered specs that we don't need at all. I have a dead zone in my duplex house which my old dlink 605L can only show 1point and cannot have stable connection. Signal strength of this in 2.4 Ghz is penetrating there also which great. I can able to login to office and work without any noticable issue any where from home.5 Ghz is just passing 1 wall. whereas 2.4 Ghz is passing 2 to 3 walls in between.Another thing about this router is Duma Os which is awesome if u r monitoring and managing home network frequenty. DHCP settings works as charm as I have some IOT devices where I need static ip address to be assigned.Overall its good router and value for money if ur house is having lot of dead zone and u r serious about ur home network.

Although the router is marketed as a gaming router, it is an excellent all purpose router. I used to get 10 - 20 mbps from my old router on my 100 mbps line. Now, I enjoy the full bandwidth with low latency.Along with gamers, I strongly recommend this router to anyone with a home office.

It worked properly for a year and half and then it started showing problems. Maybe there are newer updates to blame.QoS doesn't work properly on this expensive router. This basic feature on this 20k router can't handle 10 devices. If I am updating games on one PC, it gives all of the speed to that PC, and other PCs have loss, and no internet connectivity.Even after reboot, it doesn't work properly. Worst router at this price. DumaOS failed me.

Overall its a awesome router but the packaging of amazon is very bad its realy worth if you want to play eSports games and the signal is very strong please amazon do some improvement in packaging i request

With low ping times and blazing fast internet, I am just dominating the multiplayer gaming space. Really enjoying it. I recommend this router to everyone.

It's value for money. I am very much satisfied with the product. It's able to handle multiple HD streaming and multiple VPN connections. Very good product 👍.
