I tried it twice I had mild cramps for the first time but its been a week and I have yet to purge. 👎🏾

This is the whole deal in one. I have difficulty with my outer toes in they want to curl under themselves. This is worst when I'm jogging and causes a lot of foot pain. I started using these for jogging and it made a world of difference. Now I use them on a regular basis. After a long day I'll use the separators at night to prevent my feet from cramping as well. It also comes with toe covers which I think will work next time I decide to punish my poor feet with high heels. It has a bunion corrector as well but I don't hope to ever have to need them.

I have taken prescription sleeping aides for my entire adult life. I fall asleep with 1/3 of a pack and I sleep a full 8 to 10 hours. I Wake up refresehed and do not drag through the day. Amazing how great this product works. Ive purchased these severeal times.

Omg I had low expectations on this product, but wow! It does work and the 1st night I used it worked. I have told everyone to buy this is can't sleep, wake up a lot, or can't get to sleep easily etc.... Works for multiple people and didn't problems. I can't get to sleep, and if I do I wake up a lot. I have used to go to bed and when I wake up at 2am and 4am I use again and within 5 min I feel sleepy and get good sleep.

I just love it. I suppose it may work on others differently, but I am back to ordering another months supply. When I first found this item I was at the airport. I was just hoping it would take the edge off of the flight. It came in the little 3oz container. purchaged the bottles on-line for a coupl of nonths, but figured I could give it a chqance and I am so happy I did.The next thing I knew it was 2 hours later. I would have to give it two thumbs up.

Junk. Broke off just putting pills in the Sunday slot when brand new - just delivered. Bought because of looks - big mistake. No quality manufacture exhibited here. Save your money - pass on this worthless item.

I have been using this product for over a year. It really helps me to fall and stay asleep. I also have let a few friends try it out and they liked it too. I wish it were a little more affordable so I could have it on a monthly subscription but I am getting it every 2 months.
