This product works great for drying out before a bodybuilding show.

Make sure you drink lots of water while taking! I only use occassionally, am not a body builder; just a woman in need of a little help sometimes! (I live at the beach). Still feel hydrated when taking but O boy do I pee a lot!!! Great product for water retention.

I kind of draws our water, not a lot. I am a bodybuilder and I have used this for a show and noticed the same thing - it takes off about 1lb of water. I drunkk a lot, and I mean a lot of water - at least 1 gallon per day. I eat clean and follow my plan, it just doesn’t work well.Xpel is the best diuretic you can get in my opinion; it works every time. I went with this product as it would arrive sooner and it was just a waste of money. Xpel takes off about 3lb in water compared to this product which resulted in about 1lb off with the same frequency of intake.Xpel is also cheaper - save your money, skipthis and use xpel.

Now I know why you probably ended up here, you're interested in bodybuilding, possibly cutting down looking lean, mean as leanbeefpatty or you're wanting to look shredded as leanbeefpatty...anyways this product does not work at the moment it has been week 3, taking 3 times a day...Side-effects- cramps. Cramps here, cramps there, cramps everyone. Okay I may be exaggerating but you get the idea.No pumps...no energy...TLDR-it does not work. I want skin splitting veins too but impossible if you are average person or slightly obese and above. Or your genetics are like leanbeefpatty lol.
