The bottle is great, I have filled it once and also bought 1 refill. The pump started leaking during the first fill up of Tingle Shampoo. Hopefully they sell a replacement pump, so I do t have to try to find a random that will work with the bottle.

I purchased this product for my wife's soap that has the abrasive sand like cleaner in it. The soap is extremely thick, and I needed something strong in order to pump it out and this works great

Originally, I called this review "Bad pump on a nice bottle." I requested a replacement because I could never get the pump actuator to pop up to make the pump usable. I figured it out the second time, so now I guess I'll find out if I actually like the bottle itself.DO THIS BEFORE YOU FILL THE BOTTLE:The pump has a silver part, and a white part. What none of the instructions told me: hold the pump firmly by the white, ridged portion of the pump. (This part of the pump will want to turn; don't let it.) Then, with your other hand, push down on the top of the pump while turning the head counter-clockwise. The pump's head (the actuator) should start to release the during the first full turn - as long as you don't let that white, ridged section turn.DO NOT bother screwing the pump top onto the bottle and THEN trying to make the pump top pop up. It won't. It'll just spin forever.

When I first received this, the shampoo was leaking from the stem of the push straw. I brought this up to the seller, and was replaced. Upon using the new one for a month, I'm happy to say that it works great. So just for the customer service experience, and the replaced item, this is a 5 star experience.

Cut down on waste and buy the refills.

Love the idea of this, but the product leaves a bit to be desired. Feels a bit flimsy for $15.Bottle has some weird coating inside, maybe their attempt at waterproofing the flimsy metal siding. But it looks a bit gross in brown. Maybe this is a bad batch but ordered 2x.Wish this came in black as well. Maybe some spray paint in these bottles future…

trying to reduce use of plastic. this metal container is not just recyclable, its reusable. Works great, too.

Solid aluminum, quality through and through. the pump is heavier duty than normal bottles that I run across. It is very stylish and if you do not like the beast decal on the side then just turn it around.

The bottle looks great unfortunately after only a couple of months of use the pump now leaks shampoo all over my shower after each use. I’m not sure if this is a poor design or if this pump is just defective. I’d appreciate a new pump to see if it will be better.

Waste of money. Pump didn’t work. Contacted Beast directly, had to chase them up with repeated messages, only to be told they couldn’t find a record of my purchase.

I’ve had this now for a few weeks. Hold up very well in the shower, the pump is sturdy. Arrived with no bumps and a cute little travel size bottle. Highly recommend. Also check out their silicon rings that you can wrap around the top to differentiate the products you’re using. Tingle Shampoo is AMAZING.

This bottle is just what I wanted for the bathroom. It holds and dispenses my hair conditioner very well. The only thing I took issue with was the electronics on the lid of the box. A small speaker and button battery to make a growl as you opened it. Fun but absolutely not environmentally friendly.

I rarely get this excited over a shampoo bottle. However...I highly recommend it for the following reasons:- looks classy sitting on the bath or in the shower- reduces plastic waste- saves money as it is much cheaper buying shampoo is refill packs
