As a customer, i also didnt receive instructions. I figured ot out on my own. Similar to shaping cardboard document boxes. I folded all ends in toward the center of each box. From there I used intuition to figure out how to interlock the folds.

They Are very easy to assemble. Put your shoes in and it’s like wrapping A box st the ends

Q: Would this fit a size 8 mens shoes?

It will definately fit men size 8. This is a good temporary storage but not a permanent one. I purchased these a year ago. Did the job for temp until I found something better.

Q: Do a size 12 women shoe fit in the box?

I am not sure. I wear a size 8 and it only has about 1 inch more space in the women's size clear plastic shoe box. If I were you, I would order a couple (or how ever they are packaged) in the men's size, and see how that worked for your size 12 women's First what I did was measure a regular shoe box my biggest shoe came in (like a Dansko Clog shoe, as they are the biggest (outside of boots) that I wear. I then made my choice of size (using the measurements that are provided in the description) by that. The clogs just fit and they are the biggest size I wear (size 39 Euro which is a size 9 in USA size). So with a size 12 women's, maybe the mens size would be better for you. I bought a couple of the men's for some Dansko Clog ankle boots which are larger of course, and it worked for that particular situation. Good Luck, Luke!
