Comfortably normal compared with other brands. I preferred the curved tube cannulae which was supplied by the oxygen supplier in the UK. I hope this is of help to you.

Are these the really smelly one?

I didn’t have cause to complain about the smell of these nasal cannulae, but I found them incredibly short in the length of the tube. You have to lie in bed with the oxygen concentrator next to you. As I am a light sleeper, I had a problem with the noise of the machine and the short tube. I hope that this helps. By the way, I purchased the concentrator but within less than 24 hours it developed a fault. I’m now awaiting my money back from Amazon.
