I'm happy with the bases
I bought 3 of these mobile bases. My shop floor is not perfectly level, so there were some areas, where the 1/8" to 1/4" clearance of the bases' non-adjustable feet, off the floor, makes for some dragging of those non-adjustable foot pads, while moving the machines. This is no major issue, though. I'm happy with the bases.

Does not provide enough leverage
The location of the 3rd wheel needs to be closer to the end of the base. Where it is does not properly balance the saw with extension. The wheel does not turn freely & I have to set it down an manually turn the wheel when I need to change from pushing to pulling the saw (which happens a lot with two fixed wheels). The center wheel is also a cheep hard caster that scratches my floor finish when turning.

I was fortunate to have a spare from my original base but ...
This is the 2nd one of these bases I've had. I broke the wheel on the 1st one rolling it down the ramp of a truck moving my table saw. The 2nd one came without the 4 inch bolt that holds the wheel to the caster. I was fortunate to have a spare from my original base but still shouldn't be missing vital parts. The base works well but it also doesn't have much ground clearance if you have to move it over a threshold or bumpy areas.

DO NOT BUY!!
This item no longer fits this saw. I have been trying to send it back for a month now but have not been able to. if you buy this item you will be stuck with an expensive piece of junk.

Fits the Powermatic 64 w/ 50" fence and table
I bought this 50-284 base extension and the 50-277 machine base (ASIN B000022364) to use with my Powermatic 64 tablesaw, which has the 50" fence and table. I was a bit worried about whether the other part was properly sized for the Powermatic 64's foot dimensions, but it was just fine. This part mostly accomodates the extension table's feet, because the joints for the extension table feet are not predrilled or anything, so you control their placement.I only had one little problem -- and I believe it is either my misunderstanding something or a problem with the Powermatic extension table -- not a problem with this base: The feet that came with the table saw extension table were not tall enough to reach down to the mobile base's angle irons, even when the feet were unscrewed completely from the legs. Seems pretty odd to me, as that means they were probably not tall enough for use without the mobile base, either... But the problem was very easily solved by cutting a piece of scrap wood and laying it down across the mobile base extension's depth, which then added enough height for the feet to make contact.I gave the product 4 stars because I feel it is overpriced.

Excellent mobile base
This is a must have if you have an older Delta Unisaw. I have a unisaw built in 1984 and it weights a ton but with this mobile base my saw is so much easier to move around. The frame and wheels are sturdy and well built.

Flimsy
Too flimsy, won’t lift the long table high enough to roll freely.

Other than that it seems to be fairly well made and the saw moves around nicely on it
It took some tinkering to get it to actually lift the saw off the ground. I put some shims between the extension base and the table saw base to make the extension base angle down a bit more. Before I did that it wouldn't lift the rubber feet off the ground even with them completely retracted. Other than that it seems to be fairly well made and the saw moves around nicely on it.
