I sent this to my grandson who is 5 years old. It's now his FAVORITE book! I absolutely LOVE this collection of books. Highly recommend them for any age Great pictures as well as information about the topics Happy reading and learning

An excellent library book for children.

Excellent quality book.. The graphics are eye catching and the amount of detail is impressive.

Bought this for my son for his 3rd birthday because he absolutely loves any and everything with a motor or wheels. He is 4 now and still consistently looks through this book and is amazed by the pictures. There is always something new he discovers. My older daughter who is 8 also loves looking through, reading all the different names and finding out where all the vehicles are from. We are so happy with the quality, the pictures and the creativity this book inspires.

I’ve purchased six titles from the Our World In Pictures series. They’re all excellent: Rock and Gem; Elements; Animal; Trees/Flowers; Countries and Transportation. As a set they make a great start for Home Schooling material too. This title is an excellent way to teach children the vast variety of transportation modes. When looking at the photos you’ll realize that we have taken the necessity of getting from point A to point B to an obsessive passion. I find the imagination and effort that went into all of this amazing. Anyway you slice it, reading these books with children is a great way to spend time.

I love the Smithsonian series, and they are way cheaper than at the gift shops in the museums. I got a first book (animal series) when my kid was 4 and he loved it, so they are perfect for all ages
