Is this a foldable scooter

Sorry, this scooter can not be foldable. You can choose sit on or stand up glide.

How is this 3 in 1? All i see is either sit on it or scoot without the sit

It's nor 3 in 1, infact it's so low for my 6 Yr old. The bottom where the child stands kept scratching the ground because its so low and the child's weight puts pressure on it when riding so be carful of falls in bumpy areas, my child is so small so I didn't understand.

How do the lights work

They flash if the scooter goes fast enough. Test it by whizzing the wheels round.

Can you get replaceable black seat holders? Which hold the seat in place at the bottom?

I don't use the seat at all as my daughter is almost 7 .sorry If you are local to Ealing , west London your very welcome to have the one we have never used !!
