It’s nice looking and feels good on your feet and back, however it isn’t very durable and appears to shed. If you’re just using it for stretching I’m sure it would be fine, but if you do burpees or anything with shoes on, it will start to tear apart instantly on the edges and where your feet land frequently.

First of all the print design is nice on the mat. However, Lite use by 4 year old (stretches and jumps) less than 10 times in the last 9 months and it’s “shedding”quality much like the ones you can buy from drugstores and the local pharmacy.Expected better for the price.

Mat falls apart when you so exercises on it that require friction. I.e. mountain climbers. I've used it maybe 5 times before I started noticing the problem and took these pictures.
