Easy to put on and remove. Really good price and seems to be pretty sturdy. Makes putting my bike on the rack 10 times easier.

Use with a small piece of rubber tubing to protect bike
Works well except the metal pin rubs on the bike handle bar post. I use a piece of rubber tubing which I slide onto the pin as I assemble it onto the bike to protect the bike. To assemble it onto the bike attach the pin end under the handle bar first (with rubber tube since that is fiddly) ,then pull hook end against spring and attach it under saddle.

Your going to need for Beach bike/ girls bike
If you have a girls bike or some beach cruiser your going to need this bar. Attaching the bar is easy and quick, and detachable just as fast. Makes mounting to various types of bike racks posable. I have both a 2 arm and single arm type bike rack and you can't mount a girls bike or beach cruiser with out it. Built quality is heavy duty and will last a long time. Spring inside bar is strong and keeps it's placement for long road trips.

Works Great
I bought this, so I could put my very large mountain bike on my bike rack without doing some crazy, difficult gymnastics with the bike. I love it! It's very easy to install and remove.

Allen cross bar adapter
Bought two for our bike trips to the beach. Does a good job for transporting our beach cruisers on the bike carrier. Easy to put on and remove. Good price too.

Works Great
This adapter allows me to easily secure my step-thru ebike to my bike rack for transportation. Being spring loaded, it is easy to install and remove. I would definitely recommend it.
