I was looking for a natural supplement to help lower my blood super and I was super HAPPY to find this because it seems to have the highest purity and contains no synthetics! The packaging is super nice and gives me confidence about what I am taking. It's only been a month, but my digestion is handling it well and my blood sugar levels have been trending down! This berberine product really does wonder! I'll continue to monitor my blood sugar over the next few months. Highly recommend!

Easy to swallow, but sometimes leaves a horrible nasty powder acid reflux. I can't speak on appetite suppression, but i take 1 of these daily in combination with another supplement for my PCOS and it has helped the cravings significantly. The price margin is really high, so i have swapped brands recently. I haven't noticed energy level differences, but it was effective for the purpose i used it for

I have bought other cheaper brands of Berberine on Amazon before and they never seemed to make much of a difference. But since I started on these 3x per day and also increased my daily walking, I have seen very large improvements in my daily glucose checks. The big test comes in 2 weeks when I have my A1C tested. I did have to start out by taking 1 per day for a week, then 2 per day for a week, and now I take 3x / day. There was some digestion issues while my body was getting used to them. EDIT - 8/23/23 I had my A1C checked at my last Dr appointment. Good news - it dropped by 1.5 % in 5 months!! These Berberine supplements and daily walks are helping my glucose levels tremendously. I think one of the important keys to making this work is to get some walking or other exercise daily. At my next appointment in a few months, I will have my lipid panel completed. I am really hoping it is helping with the cholesterol and triglycerides.

This is marketed as high potency berberine - 1500 mg. That claim grabs one's attention. But it is deceptive as each capsule only has 500 mg like may competitors. The claim is for taking three capsules which is not clear from the description. One need enlarge the label to see that. Okay, I should have looked more closely. Potency claims need be made per capsule or tablet.
