Affordable and simple
I've had the watch for about three weeks. I am pretty pleased, especially because it was so affordable. I have not had any trouble with skin irritation from the band. I do not shower with it on because I would rather not find out the hard way that the water resistance was exaggerated by the sellers. However, I have no trouble with the watch when washing my hands or in the rain. The instructions are in the version of English that you often get with products manufactured overseas. I didn't have any trouble getting the meaning of each step, but I'm pretty unafraid of just trying things out. Don't let a few unusual sentences keep you from giving this product a shot. The step tracker can register marching in place and does pretty well on an elliptical machine. There is a sport mode you can activate that keeps all your information from pulse to calories burned all visible on one screen as you exercise. The battery lasts about two and a half to three days. The more notifications you add, the faster it drains, of course. I only have it set to notify me for calls. There is a cute little animation that plays when you reach your step goal. I like this more than I should. There is an option to have a stop watch show on the watch screen, and this is very useful. But the more you do with the watch means more frequent charging. I just charge when I am sitting to eat or showering so it's never a bother. The screen is not a touch screen. You have a specific part of the watch face you can touch to cycle through the different functions. There is a blood pressure setting. It is not wildly accurate in comparison to a real blood pressure cuff. However, it does give me a baseline reading so that I can be aware if any anomalous numbers pop up. It helps me be mindful of my behavior. Pulse reading is much more accurate and useful.Only blood pressure readings started through the app log in the app. The readings you trigger through the watch face will not record in the log. It's not a big deal, but just be aware. Taking your blood pressure often or setting the watch to do it automatically will drain your battery.A negative for the watch is that there is no screen that tells you what song is playing on your phone. You can set a music app as a notification, but the watch will just buzz repeatedly as the music plays. It's not a deal braker, but it was a bit of a bummer.I have had no trouble like the other reviewers with the sleep monitor not working. It definitely does not record or track naps, so keep that in mind. I have found that the app's ratings for my sleep do not match with my own feeling. The app rates your sleep out of five stars, and often tells me I slept great, even when I feel like I've died in a desert from dehydration. Not sure why this is. It does, however, accurately track how long I sleep, and even when I wake up in the middle of the night. It just has very different ideas about sleep quality. The app has a lot of hidden bells and whistles and not everything is obvious at first, but it is easy to get used to. For example, the look of the main display on the watch can be changed. I think there are about six look options. But it takes a little digging through settings to find these options. The app shows how active you are over the course of the day, and gives you an option to set move reminders if you need encouragement to get up. The app will also let you set your step goal (default setting is 11,000 steps).Charging took a second to work out. My charger is a little clamp with two small small connections. The charger clamps over the watch face, and prongs on the charger touch the connectors to start charging. The screen changes to a charging icon when you have it right. Even three weeks in, it sometimes takes a few tries to get this to work. It's not that bad, it's just a little finicky. The takeaway is that, for the price and all the things it does, I am very pleased. I am reluctant to ever consider a pricier option if something this affordable works so well. I will update my review if my watch suddenly breaks or if anything noteworthy about the performance changes.Tldr: Works as advertised and affordable. Get it and see for yourself!

Superb
Good product, bought for my mother who’s a senior citizen,it keeps her active with the steps counting. She can monitor her heart rate and blood pressure, very useful device to have.Update 01/18/21 This device barely lasted a month, out of nowhere it stopped working. It was never dropped, absolutely nothing happened to it, won’t recharge,it’s just permanently dead. Will not recommend it to anyone, save your money.

Decent Pedometer That Causes Skin Irritation
This is a decent pedometer. Surprisingly, all of the features on this watch work and have relatively decent accuracy. However, the only way you're going to get, "..... up to 5 - 7 days" of battery life, is if you fully charge it and then stick it back in your jewelry box. If you wear it normally, without manually using any of the available functions, at best you'll get 36 - 42 hours of battery life. Hence the two stars for battery life and overall rating of four stars.Update 04/26/2021: While the watch performs as advertised, I had to reduce the overall rating to one star. The cheap band had a bad reaction with skin. It caused a rash/burn like appearance to my wrist. I’ve been wearing watches for years with both leather and metal bands and I never had a negative reaction. Since the watch is cheap and the bands aren’t replaceable, I’d avoid this watch like COVID-19.

Disappointing product
What I liked: 1) The watch looks like the one in the product description. 2) The band was long enough for my large wrist.3) The sedentary feature works well. What I don't like: 1) The main purpose I bought the watch was to track my steps without having to hold my phone all the time. However, my phone has to be in close proximity to the watch or else it disconnects and stops recording steps. 2) Even when I keep my phone nearby the step counter is not accurate. 3) The blood pressure reading is not accurate. 4) It was difficult to navigate through the features on the watch.Neutral: 1) It has a lot of features but the one feature I really wanted does not work. 2) The menstrual cycle feature was neat but not something I need.If I lived in the USA I would have returned this within the first week. But since I don't, it will cost more to return it than the value of the watch. So it is just money wasted.
