Pros:- This thing has been perfect for my 6 month, 10 country trip abroad. It works like it should and saves space in my bag, which is crucial since I am traveling with only a carry on bag.- Well made- Cool colorsCons:- It has a super bright blue light on it that is annoying when you are trying to sleep. You can easily cover it up with some black tape though.- At one point the plug part to stoped working (the USB part continued to work). Not knowing what the problem was I almost threw it away but a friend mentioned the fuse to me so I checked it. It turned out that the fuse became dislodged in it's housing. I was able to push it back in and the plug has been working fine ever since. A bit of advice to the manufacturer: make the fuse larger or the housing smaller so this cant happen.Overall:- I would buy this product again

I purchased two of these for travel both to the USA and Europe (France and Germany)Some devices I travel with have Australian power plugs and some have USA plugs I also travel with a laptop, 2 Ipads, an I-phone and just to complicate things a Nexus 5x. The 2 USB ports on each device plus the appropriate USB cables all worked perfectly. The travel adapters with multi - changeable plugins and output sockets for all plugs did everything needed.I was able to keep everything charged.I did not take any phone chargers. Using these adapters enabled me to carry the lightest and least amount of electrical stuff for any of my many trips. Based on my experience I would recommend them for multi-country travel. If you have lots of USA equipment to plug in I would recommend taking a power strip with its cable also. Non-USA travelers should take a power strip appropriate to their needs.I used a "powercube" product with Australian outlets. Please remember these are low power adapters, not power converters.

Absolutely adore this charger. I got it for a month long trip to Ireland and it worked amazingly. I was able to charge my camera and my phone at the same time due to the two USB ports. It is so simple to use and it avoids all those clunky parts you have to connect like on other adapters. Plus, it accepts all different kinds of plugs!I still use it to this day because it allows me to charge two USB products at the same time and it has the US plug.The only downside I can think of is the light on the adapter. I know it is there to let you know that it is working, but I find it to be just a tad too bright. I leave it plugged in at night and its noticeable enough to prevent the room from being completely dark. That can probably just be fixed by putting a little duct-tape over it.

I bought this travel adapter for our first trip to Europe (Ireland 2017), and our most recent trip this year (Italy 2018). It adapted well in both countries, and was used primarily for phone charging and hair styling tools.Pros:- Fit into outlets in both countries (multiple cities and hotels/homes) and worked great without issue.- Color is cool, and easy to find when stowed in my bag.- Love having two USB outlets to charge two phones at once.- Cube shape is easy to use, and the moving the buttons to push out the correct adapter is space saving.Cons:- Cube itself is a bit heavy and bulky, so when in the Italy outlets (Euro) it would sometimes sag off the outlet since the adapter was thin while the cube was heavy.Overall, a really great purchase for the price, and worked as expected!

I brought this little beauty with us on our trip across Europe. It was such an essential tool, we used it every day to charge our phones, computers and even a hair iron I brought from the US. I was so pleased with the sturdy quality and how easy this was to use. You literally just slide the little black button to whichever region of the world you are in ( UK, EU, AUS etc...) and plug that part into the outlet, then plug your own device into the many sets of holes that match. This has 2 USB ports which nowadays are essential to have and this could handle a pretty hefty load. I had 2 usb ports and my computer charger plugged in all at the same time and the adapter worked fine, no short, no overheating. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend. I will definitely be bringing this baby with me whenever I travel abroad.

Works great. Easy to change the plug-in prongs to adapt to electric outlets in different countries. They are a little bulky. I blew one out over a year ago but it was fixed by simply replacing the fuse. They come in bright colors (which I suggest) so you are less likely to leave it in your hotel room or BnB. Read the instructions for any restrictions and use guidelines. Plug your appliance into the travel adapter then firm plug the adapter into the wall. If you are plugging in something large, such as a big square APPLE MAC plug, You may need to prop the MAC BK plug so it stays even with the adapter and does not pull the adapter out of the wall. Do not use paper, magazines, books, toilet paper rolls or other flammable props. It is electricity after all. Use your hard-sided suitcase, briefcase, tin can, or large-tall-inverted drinking glass if the wall plug is high on the wall

Used this trip to Europe. Worked well and will continue to us in future travels.Pros:- Our family travels a lot, and it is great to have a single product to use when traveling to multiple countries.- I love the ability to use USB ports.- Despite the size (see cons), I like how it compacts down to a smooth rectangle for easy packing.Cons:- It is bigger than I originally thought, but that was me not paying attention to the detentions that were clearly provided in the description.- It is heavy against the wall. Certain product (Apple computer charger) would cause charger to fall out of the socket. I had to get creative to fix this.- Some of the hotels in Iceland had sockets that didn't fit due to the size.Overall it is a great product. Its greatest appeal being an "all in one"/universal causing it to be a larger/bulkier product; thus the size makes it somewhat impractical.

I ended up returning it not because it's a bad product. It's indeed one of the best if not the best. I prefer to use a specific adapter instead of a universal adapter. The reason being a universal adapter is larger in size and has more chance of losing good electrical connection due to gravity. Unless I am visiting several countries in a single trip that needs type C, type G and type I, I can bring a tiny type C to type A adapter which is a lot smaller, lighter and works better. It's just my personal preference.

great product. Works as described and one of the few converters that I have used that actually stays connected when other power cords are attached to it. So many converters I have tried dislodge from the receptacle when you attach another power cord due to the weight of the cord.

Great product! The adapter doesn't detach itself from the outlet easily, and the build quality of the product is superb.The built in USB hubs are also a nice inclusion in case you are trying to charge more than one device.

I have not had a chance to travel with it yet but I have used it to convert a UK plug into my NA outlet and have used it a lot lately. I am certain it will travel well and it is very easy to use with clearly marked buttons for the different regions.

Love it. A perfect product for travel. It does get very hot though, but I'm not sure if that's normal or a potential hazard.
