Excellent diaper- had leakage problems with others but this is sturdy and can hold for at least 10 hours. The urine wicks away from skin and fits well- can accommodate larger abdomen. Expensive- use only when it counts (going to therapy, outing) but will continue to buy.

When managing my medical needs, I want a product I can trust, that's comfortable and that is cost effective. I want to spend more time enjoying life and not worry about something silly. These disposable underwears check all my boxes. They're very comfortable, very thin, absorb a lot, are leak proof, hold well in place and I never have to change them because they've reached their maximum capacity but rather because I've been wearing them for 6 hours and need to change them for hygiene purposes. There's really no way to tell I'm wearing them under my clothes, they're super quiet. They have velcro tabs that not only manage to hold well in place but also won't tear easily, it's something I have quite never seen trying various models and using them 24:7 for my needs. I have a level of confidence and ease I've never had before. It's hard to be critical but I guess two points I could mention is that the product is advertised as being for people who are bed ridden and I think on the opposite it's better for people who are active: it's easier to change without having to take off your pants and shoes, something you have to do with pullups. It could be nice not perpetuating that stigma of hygiene products being for people who are sick or old... . Another critic is that the dry parts tend to separate over time which could lead to absorption issues down the line but I haven't experienced that. To me it's the best option that exists in the category of disposable underwear with tabs. It's not only leak proof, comfortable, thin, quiet but also it's one of the cheapest options out there. Usually I try to have reviews that are a little bit more balanced but there's not much negative things to say here. It's the best disposable underwear I have ever tried, I have instantly made the decision to make them my daily drivers from now on. And I think you'd benefit from making them your daily drivers too if you're in a similar situation from mine.

Okay buckle up so I have a quite a few things to say about this the quality is amazing the price is also amazing I plan on getting like for quantities of the 72 pack offer my only issue are more visual order I would rather it be a little bit more bulky to accommodate say if someone had the runs I would very much like to see it come in other colors and maybe patterns without sacrificing the price or the quantity of how many there are per case the inner guards I wish were many of them material that makes me terrified that it's going to seep through other than that if it was a little bit more bulky and had other colors and patterns and and solidified the material of the inner leak guard then they'd be close to perfect

Wow! This has been a game changer. In the hospital it’s been great. This item is comfortable and absorbing. Fits well and seals well all around. The nurses love it and are impressed with the quality. Even though the hospital provides padded diapers these are superior in fit and comfort.

Don't be fooled when they say tabs, they do not mean adhesive tabs. I assumed it would be a plastic backed diaper because I had already experienced the more expensive masterpiece diaper which is plastic backed. I was thoroughly disappointed.

so they dont keep you fullyy dry but dont leak at all :) didnt even notice anything happened till i took it off in the morning. the leak guards are secure but even tho i got xs it still was very loose at the waist idk if i just put the tabs on wrong its very annoying since its just for myself not to put on another. it still didnt really shift since the other areas were secure. good for sleeping. its pretty thin i feel like but very absorbant.

Works well for my disabled daughter, she is tiny and the extra small works well for her. She does needs a booster pad for overnight or for long trips if changing is going to be difficult.

Die Windeln sind richtig toll, super Tragekomfort, halten sehr gut durch, die Aufnahmemenge ist sehr gut, kein Auslaufen an den Seiten, kein Geruch geht nach außen, die Windeln tragen auch nicht auf, man sieht nicht das man eine Windel unter der Kleidung trägt. Dieses Produkt ist absolut empfehlenswert, und wird von mir weiterhin benutzt, und sehr Empfohlen.
