This was a very competitively priced computer with very good specs. I needed a touch screen which this model, unfortunately, didn't have. I was able to return it. I found the sellers support very professional and positive

My laptop had issues
These laptops dont look ‘brand new’ as per the amazon description. The supplier has stuck vinyl stickers to cover up high usage areas (that are usually worn). After about a week the processor started running high all the time. Almost all programs stopped working.Even the intel sticker fell off after a day as its been re-stuck. It even looks like the screen has beeb replaced as the bezel has slight opening around it.Battery life was ok.It worked for a week well and then started letting me down. Got worse over time.UPDATE: i have changed it from a 1 star to 3 as the seller was actually quite good about the return and explained that the vinyl is allowed by Amazon. I still think the product doesn't look ‘like new’ as described. They also paid for the return and the return was easy. Good seller, shame about the item.

A fast and responsive small form factor laptop
A fast and responsive small form factor laptop. The one I received had a small amount of white paint on it and a small dint but no major damage and nothing a little cleaning couldn't fix.
