Tastes good and at a decent price. I use it to make protein fruit smoothies.

Can't handle the artificial sweetners so put in the freezer an hour pour in with frozen fruit, blend and I can hardly taste the AS. Strawberry or Vanilla best with fruit.

I quit sugary cereal and I feel a lot better.

This is my favorite flavor of this brand of shake. My mother is on a bariatric diet and they told her to drink these and broth. I am not ready to go under the knife but I want to loose weight. I find it very easy to drink these and I am not starving soon after. If I am still hungry a few hours later I will either drink a few sips of a shake or eat a small piece of protein, I eat one meal a day and drink these shakes and so far I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. I am sure that is probably too fast then the recommended 2 lbs per week but I am happy that something is actually working. When I ask the doctor for help they just suggest I get surgery.

I started drinking these shakes based on the recommendation of my nutritionist. They contain 30 grams of protein per shake, which is significantly more than many similar shakes that contain 15-20 grams of protein. What's most important to me, though, is that these shakes actually taste good. I had tried some other protein shakes in the past, and the taste was really lacking. I got tired of drinking those in short order. These shakes, though, are very different in that respect. I actually enjoy drinking my Premier Protein shakes.I hope you found this review helpful. I was surprised to find that I really liked this protein shake. I'd tried that one that Atkins makes, and I found it to have an unpleasant after taste. So, I thought I'd try the premier brand of protein shakes. I myself find them better because of the taste, yet for me, more importantly it has twice as many grams of protein and less calories from fat intake... I just thought the Premier brand was superior all around. I just find it to be too expensive. It's nearly$2.00 per shake. I am trying not to drink more than one per day, which I need to do. It came in a 4 pack... that's only 4 days worth, so I have to make a decision soon as to whether or not to continue to purchase from Amazon or from Costco if I can find someone who has a membership there. But, it's a good protein shake and better than the Atkins brand...in my opinion anyway. Thank you.
