Fit better than I expected. I’m 5”3’ and about 195lbs. Carry my weight more in my tummy and chest. My waist is 37.5 inches. Got a 3XL(with the 11 inch length) based on review recommendations rather than the chart sizing(which said I’d need a bigger size). But because of the extender, I was able to size down from their chart and it’s perfect. After I attach the extension, I snap in three rows. So I could have gotten a 2XL and it would have most likely also been fine. The material is fine and seems durable. I uploaded a video to demonstrate the material difference. The outside is almost like a non-slip rubber spandex while the rest is a cotton-ish blend where the brackets and inside are. Hope that makes sense. But I’d definitely recommend the version of this trainer that has the 25 bones in it. Just seems more stable and flattening. It also forced me to sit straighter which was great. Definitely do a little research on how to waist train for beginners if you’ve never done this. Safety is key when it comes to this sort of thing. I wore it a couple hours today and didn’t have unexpected discomfort. Will just take some getting used to.

Wow wow WOW! THIS is a high quality waist trainer! I'm 5'5 125lbs but want that hourglass shape. Local waist trainers have always felt too loose on me. So I decided to try this product and got the 25bones 11" in XXXS (I felt ambitious). FINALLY I can feel the SQUEEZE! Boning is sturdy enough to keep my posture up without any poking. Thank goodness it came with the extra extension. I use the extension to close up initially, and then inch over to get tighter. Can't wait to cinch my way to the last hooks.

Size does not match chart! I'm a M and per the chart I ordered XXL. I had to return it immediately and ordered the M that fits me perfectly with the extender. It would not fit me without the extender, but if you are looking to loose weight, get a smaller size and use the extender. This Product is amazing. I had it on all night and I slept very comfortably. You could see some marks left in the morning, but no sweat because I ordered the breathable version. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I just got this today and my BIGGEST advice is to order MUCH smaller!!! I measured and had set size I was going to order...then read reviews to order smaller since they send extender. I was nervous but went down TWO sizes than my measurements called for. Its GREAT!! PRETTY....SECURE....COMFORTABLE! but I'm at last enclosure and am now going to have to order again FOUR times smaller than advised...maybe FIVE! Its snug on tightest hook but doesn't even ALMOST cinch my waist. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this.....Just buy WAY smaller than you think!! The extender they send makes up for at least 3 sizes.

I really wanted to like this shaper. I went by my measurements but it still was to small and has very little to no stretch so that was disappointing. I'm on a weight loss journey and tired of searching for one so I guess I'll hold on to it for motivation but for now it's just my money wasted 😩 Revised: (June 27,2021) Gave this waist trainer another try and babyyy idk if I’ve lost weight (I’m working on it) or what but it fits great! And not only that but I got it on the 2nd row (used attachment) I love this waist trainer now. Well worth it!
