Is this Stove top safe

Mine are ceramic and specifically state that while their are safe in a very hot oven or microwave, they cannot withstand direct fire or induction cooking stove tops.

It says they are 2.5” deep. First review says 1.5” which is the case??

Outside measurement of the 11.5 inch pan is 2.5 inches.
