These mag holsters are a perfect fit for my Sig P365 magazines. The mags fit just deep enough to allow you to grip a mag and pull it out. I've tried other mag holsters made for double stack mags, but the Sig P365 mags sat too deep in them since the Sig P365 mags are short. This one is a perfect fit for my mags. The mags stay in this mag holster tight enough to allow ease of removing a mag from it. The plastic belt clip can be switched to opposite side of the mag holster.

...so we've bought about a million things from amazon because going to the store during the early days of covid-19 was not really encouraging or safe. While shopping online here in amazon I ran into this little item. The, "Amberide Universal Mag Carrier." The product review and company photos were still kind'a ambiguous about 1911 .45 magazines fitting in these holsters. I took the chance in buying them and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM!!! I'm using these for my 1911's Wilson Combat 8 rd magazines. I bought 2 single stack. (See photos). The items come with an Alan Wrench to adjust the tightness capability and thickness of whatever type of magazine you have. I carry a Gerber multi-tool that has a small wrench that fits perfectly in the Alan screw to fasten or adjust the holster. (See photos).These holsters grasp my Wilson Combat mags really good and do not slip out. I would trust them being belted and holstered. I have to say that this is one of BEST purchases I have ever made from Amazon & I am really happy with this purchase. Money is more than well worth the purchase. The material is thick and feels durable like tactical quality. It does not feel cheaply made or generic. I'm now thinking of purchasing a double stack. LOVE THIS ITEM A WHOLE LOT!!!!!

I just don't understand the less than 5 star reviews - those folks must have either ordered the wrong size (.45 instead of 9mm, single stack vs double) or they just flat don't understand how to work the tension. The tension is infinitely adjustable from falling free in a light breeze to requiring a crane and pulley for extraction. It works perfectly with every 9mm double stack mag I have - and I have many different brands and gun models - as long as you set the tension to where you want it with the included allen key. Nothing simpler and the carrier is completely ambidextrous by just switching the clip and taking into account the bullet orientation you prefer. Construction and fit/finish are great and the price is less than many far inferior carriers. I plan on getting the other three flavors asap.

Ordered this on a Monday night and was at my door by Wednesday without prime shipping. Very impressed with how quickly it arrived. Quality seems great so far, clip is sturdy and all screws seem fine and hold tight. Couldn’t be any happier especially for the low price. Highly recommend this product.

I bought two of the M&P Shield 9mm versions of this mag holder. The factory Shield mags fit perfectly. My use will be to store loaded mags inside a metal gun lock box that goes inside my checked luggage while flying domestically. TSA regs say if your mags are loaded, the rounds must be secured so that the primers are protected from impact. Kydex holders - these included - meet that requirement perfectly. I have room for two of them in my lock box.The holders are adjustable for mag retention using a common #2 phillips screwdriver. I have plenty of room for my belt through the belt clip and I can wear them IWB or OWB. They are a great value for the money. I would buy more of these if needed in the future.

The mag holster seems like great quality , however it’s not good at all for a p365 magazine . The retention is waayyyyy too tight even after adjusting it . When trying to pull it out, I pull the whole holster off my belt. I’m sure it works great with other magazines, but I’m totally disappointed and will never use it.

Does what it's meant to do. Retain the mag, conceal under a garment, and provide a level of comfort. Would buy again.

Be warned. This will NOT fit a Magpul PMAG Glock 19 GL9 9mm 15-Round Magazine. No matter how much you loosen to two side screws the plastic clam shell holder does not expand enough to allow for an easy insert and removal. You have pull the mag and pouch apart with two hands and even that's a bitch to do once it's all the way in. You will die trying to reload a mag during a life-threatening situation. I'm debating if I even want to buy spacers, screws and drill holes to modify these mags. I shouldn't have to do that.
