Getting my kids to eat healthily is my biggest struggle. I'm constantly fighting with them to eat their vegetables, but some days it's just not realistic. I'm so glad a friend told me to buy this product. It's been so great for my 4 kids/tweens. They are relatively healthy and live very active lives but I found that after meals/snacks they would sometimes be lethargic and crash and not be at their best. These gummies definitely help reduce those crashes and their energy seems more stable. I have also noticed that they are snacking less between meals. And, there aren't any crappy preservatives that I try to avoid so that is a huge plus in my book. Definitely recommend.

Ten year old son needs help with self control, a gummy when he gets home from school before his healthy snack means that when dinner comes around he is content with the proper portion and doesn't ask for seconds. Only complaint is the taste, BlackBerry can be quite tart after all.
